  • Quick and Easy: You can make this chocolate treat in minutes, with ingredients you probably already have at home.

Are you ready to bring this delicious creation to life? Let’s get started!

The Ingredients You’ll Need

Here’s what you’ll need to create Eeatzy Chocolate:

  • 3/4 cup powdered cacao
  • 2/3 cup organic, unrefined coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup organic vegetable butter (Flora Plant Butter)
  • 3–4 tbsp organic raw honey (or maple syrup for a vegan-friendly option; sweetener of your choice for sugar-free)
  • 3 tbsp coconut cream (or lite cream)

Equipment:

  • A double boiler or pot with a glass bowl/casserole bowl
  • Silicone chocolate molds (optional for creating chocolate blocks)
  • A whisk
  • Measuring cups
  • A spoon for tasting (because we know you’ll want to!)

How to Make Eeatzy Chocolate

Follow these simple steps:

1. Prep Your Double Boiler

If you have a double boiler, great! If not, no worries. Place a glass, oven-safe bowl or measuring cup (like Pyrex) into a pot with shallow boiling water. Be careful not to get water into the bowl—it can ruin the chocolate consistency.

2. Melt the Base Ingredients

Add the coconut oil and raw honey (or maple syrup) into your double boiler setup. Stir the mixture as it gently melts, ensuring everything blends smoothly.

3. Add the Cacao Powder

Once the oil and sweetener have melted together, gradually whisk in the cacao powder. Stir well until the mixture is smooth, glossy, and free of lumps.

4. Optional – Add Coconut Cream

For a richer, creamier texture, stir in the coconut cream or lite cream. This step is optional but elevates the chocolate’s texture to a luxurious level.

5. Pour & Mold

Carefully pour the mixture into your chosen molds (silicone molds work best for chocolate bars or shapes). Alternatively, you can pour the mixture onto a lined baking sheet if you’re making chocolate bark.

6. Chill to Set

Place your molds or tray into the freezer for 20–30 minutes to allow the chocolate to set completely. Once firm, pop the chocolates out of the molds or cut them into pieces.

7. (Optional) Store & Impress

Store your chocolates in the refrigerator to prevent melting. Keep them on hand for snack time, or bring them out as a show-stopping treat for guests!

Tips for Perfect Eeatzy Chocolate

  • Keep Your Coconut Oil Cool: Coconut oil has a low melting point, so your chocolate is best stored in a refrigerator to avoid it softening too quickly.
  • Get Creative with Add-ins: Add chopped nuts, shredded coconut, or dried fruits to elevate the flavor. Feeling adventurous? Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt or chili flakes on top before setting for a gourmet twist.
  • Sweetener Swaps: Want to make it keto-friendly? Replace honey with a sugar-free option like stevia or erythritol.
  • Don’t Skip the Whisk: Whisking continuously ensures there are no clumps and gives your chocolate that silky-smooth texture.

Endless Possibilities With Eeatzy Chocolate

What we love most about this recipe is how adaptable it is. Here are a few ways to enjoy it:

  • Chocolate-dipped strawberries for a romantic dessert 🍓
  • Homemade granola bars with a chocolatey finish 🍫
  • A decadent drizzle over warm pancakes or waffles 🥞
  • Salty-sweet chocolate bark with pretzels and almonds 🥨
